### What is the Cronos Ambassador Program?

A structured, scalable initiative that shifts growth from centralized marketing to community-led activation. Ambassadors lead local education, awareness campaigns, and user adoption of the Cronos App and the ecosystem around it.

**Who it’s for**

* Creators & educators who explain Cronos clearly and consistently
* Community operators who run welcoming, active spaces
* Advocates who drive awareness and bring new users into the Cronos community

**What you’ll do**

* Propose and ship campaigns (content, events, quests) tailored to your region and audience
* Run beginner-friendly onboarding sessions for new users and community members
* Support users, answer questions, and help people get started with the Cronos App

**How we support you**

* Brand kit, templates, event playbooks, referral guidance
* Microgrants for approved campaigns and meetups
* Badges, spotlights, and a clear path to level up your Ambassadorship game
* Direct contact channels for additional support

### Our objectives

  recurring meetups in high-growth markets
* 🧠 **Educate Users** - Provide clear guides, workshops, and localized resources
* 🚀 Drive Adoption - Grow the Cronos App user base through regional campaigns, onboarding, and community activation
* 🗳️ **Decentralize Resources & Impact** - Empower self-initiated, grassroots campaigns
* 🎯 **Measure ROI** - Track outcomes and measure our impact on the the Cronos App and community growth.

### What we value and how we operate

1. **Multitrack Specialization** - there are multiple tracks for Ambassadors to choose from, such as content, localization, education, campaigns, community building, user support and more! (*more on that in section Contribution Tracks*)
2. **Localized Growth Engines** - we want to expand regionally, with localized chapters, translated content and culturally adapted programs
3. **Ambassador-Led Campaigns** - we want to move fast and nimble: think bottom-up proposals with fast reviews and (potentially) microgrants
4. **Tiered Incentives** - Ambassadors’ efforts should be rewarded. We do this with a clear progress path based on ranks: Entry-Level Ambassador → Envoy → Sentinel → Elite → Council (see [Ambassador Ranks](https://docs.cronos.org/ambassadors/ranks-and-benefits) section).
