What we value and how we operate

1. Multitrack Specialization — there are multiple tracks for Ambassadors to choose from, such as content, localization, education, campaigns, champion builders, community ops and more! (more on that in section Contribution Tracks)

2. Localized Growth Engines — we want to expand regionally, with localized chapters, translated content and culturally adapted programs

3. Ambassador-Led Campaigns — we want to move fast and nimble: think bottom-up proposals with fast reviews and (potentially) microgrants

4. Tiered Incentives — Ambassadors’ efforts should be rewarded. We do this with a clear progress path based on ranks. Level up from Rookie → Envoy → Sentinel → Elite → Council (more on that in section Ambassador Ranks)
